1999/2000? 20.5" Salsa Ala Carte Frame

Used, scuffs, scratches and small paint chips from use. Small dent from chain suck. No cracks. 

Frame does not have a SM serial number so it is post QBP acquisition and post QBP moving building from Petuluma in 1999. Ross mentions in the mtbr thread that they were still using the SM/SR serial number configuration in 1999 until he left Salsa. This frame uses a AL#### serial configuration. Frame still has handmade in USA decal so most likely was built at Waterford.
