Refund policy

We offer a 30 day return window. If you need to return an item, please contact us at joel@gringineer.com within 30 days of receiving your order. In the event of an error in a listing or if we sent you the wrong part, we will refund the original price and original shipping charge and pay return shipping. These are rare occurrences, but we are human and mistakes happen, and we will work with you to solve the issue. On all other returns, you will have to cover the return shipping, and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 
 
If the item was sold as new and is returned opened or shows signs of being installed or used, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. New items will be listed as "New" or "NOS."
 
If the item was sold as used and is returned in a state different then it was sold in (damaged, scuffed, scratched, etc.) the 20% restocking fee will also be charged.
 
Before returning an item, please contact us at joel@gringineer.com. We will provide you with a return number for your item.
 
Once the item is received, we will evaluate it and submit your refund. The refund may take a few business days to appear.
