We offer free shipping on all orders in the Continental United States. Local pick up is also an option for anyone close to our Watertown, MN location. We offer international shipping via USPS.

To get a International shipping quote, put your item(s) in your cart and fill out the required fields and a shipping amount will appear. 

Most small parts orders are shipped USPS. We ship three days a week on average, and our handling time is 4 days. Bikes, frames, and wheels will be shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS in the United States or via USPS for international orders.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for ALL customs, duties, and taxes. These will be assessed to you by your government, if applicable.

We strive to offer you fair shipping prices on your order. If you are ordering a large number of items, contact us and we may be able to arrange a better shipping rate for your order.  


 
RETURNS
 
We offer 30 day returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In the event of an error in a listing or if we sent you the wrong part, we will refund the original price and original shipping charge and pay return shipping. These are rare occurrences, but we are human and mistakes happen, and we will work with you to solve the issue. On all other returns, you will have to cover the return shipping, and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 
 
If the item was sold as new and is returned opened or shows signs of being installed or used, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. New items will be listed as "New" or "NOS."
 
If the item was sold as used and is returned in a state different then it was sold in (damaged, scuffed, scratched, etc.) the 20% restocking fee will also be charged.
 
Before returning an item, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return number for your item.
 
Once the item is received, we will evaluate it and submit your refund. The refund may take a few business days to appear.
